Confidently secure 35%-50% more facts in less time than the typical Q+A fact-finding interviews.

I attended a seminar twenty years ago on statement analysis. The instructor, an Israeli Polygraph Operator, coined the phrase, “I am from the department of what happened” and it has always stuck with me. Then, a few years later, I stumbled across a Psychology class on a public access station. The topic was Cognitive Interviewing. It was an epiphany.
As former police officer and insurance fraud investigator, I have sat across the table from many witnesses and suspects. I continue to hone my interviewing skills as a licensed private investigator taking statements and memorializing interviews in a variety of civil and criminal cases.
Ten years ago, I created The Ultimate Guide to Taking Statements in a DVD format based upon successful methods of training new hires. I’ve updated it and have created more training focused materials to help people become better interviewers.
